Spain led their group with three points after the opening round of the U-17 Women’s World Cup, according to ESPN’s table following the 19 October fixtures. Chile and Australia had one point each, with Mexico on zero.

Spain had a goal difference of plus two after their 2-0 win. Chile and Australia were level on goal difference after drawing 1-1, while Mexico stood at minus two. This is a group snapshot after one game per team, not a final tournament ranking.
